About the Graduate Development Program
3F Capital Limited is launching its Graduate Development Program to identify and develop the next generation of professionals who will shape the future of Africa’s energy and industrial sectors.
The program is designed for high-performing graduates who want to build meaningful careers in investment banking, engineering, and project development. It combines structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure across 3F’s portfolio of energy, gas, and industrial infrastructure projects.
Through project rotations and close collaboration with industry experts, participants will develop commercial skills as strong analytical, technical, commercial, and leadership skills. Each discipline track—covering Economics, Finance, and various Engineering fields—is tailored to build strategic thinking and professional excellence, preparing graduates to play key roles in advancing Africa’s energy and industrial infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Energy Economics, Finance, Accounting, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (minimum of Second-Class Upper / Upper Credit).

Fresh graduate or maximum of 1–2 years of relevant work/internship experience.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness and ability to work in plant/field environments and adapt to rotational assignments.
