As our Graphic Designer, you’ll craft high-impact visuals that drive engagement and bring our marketing campaigns to life. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll design content that elevates our brand across channels. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of gaming and design will help us stand out and connect with our audience.

How you will make an impact:

• Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns that resonate with our gaming and Web3 audience.
• Design promotional visuals that drive game awareness and player engagement across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across all visuals.
• Own the quality of all marketing graphics, continuously pushing to improve clarity, creativity, and impact.
• Propose and execute original concepts that help the brand stand out in the gaming and Web3 space.
• Share design ideas and contribute during creative planning sessions and campaign discussions.
• Assist in developing visual standards and guidelines for consistency across channels.
• Support visual storytelling for key initiatives, ensuring each asset delivers a clear and impactful message.

Your character build:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communicator and reliable team collaborator, comfortable working async across functions.
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments, staying focused and consistent under shifting priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes initiative and ownership of deliverables, with strong design instincts and self-guided problem solving.
• Skilled at turning abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives through design thinking and feedback loops.
• Bonus: Passion for games and/or experience with Web3.
