Administrative Support:

Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic troubleshooting.

Work Environment:

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

- Familiarity with task management software (Trello, Asana, Notion) is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
