Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and respond to business emails on behalf of the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Record and document interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Handle general administrative duties to allow the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives
- Organize and refine corporate documents for proper storage and easy access
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, providing updates on project statuses
- Make minor business decisions on behalf of the CEO when appropriate and within defined parameters
- Assist with communications and processes during complex sales cycles
- Manage social media communications, including responding to client messages and inquiries across platforms
- Support social media activity by posting and scheduling pre-made content (no content creation required)
Requirements
- Executive-level maturity with prior experience supporting C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional email handling expertise
- Proficiency in CRM systems and document organization/management tools
- Background or experience in project management
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and offer solutions
- Capable of working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in technical, fast-paced, or complex business environments preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing social media communications, including responding to client messages and inquiries
- Familiarity with posting and scheduling pre-made content on social media platforms (no content creation required)
