Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Business Manager to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives.
  • The HR Business Manager will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Design and deliver HR programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, talent management, training, and succession planning initiatives
  • Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver seamless HR services
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Business partnering or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
