Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR Business Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives.
- The HR Business Manager will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to address them
- Design and deliver HR programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
- Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, talent management, training, and succession planning initiatives
- Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver seamless HR services
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Business partnering or a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR metrics and analytics
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
