Job Purpose
- To lead and manage the regional sales team responsible for the distribution and revenue generation of frozen chicken and table eggs across multiple states.
- The role focuses on driving volume, expanding market share, managing key accounts, and developing sales talent in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets for frozen chicken and eggs across distributors and key accounts.
- Supervise and coach a team of sales reps within the region.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, cold room operators, and bulk buyers.
- Conduct routine market visits to ensure visibility, availability, and pricing compliance.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure effective coordination with logistics and operations.
- Analyze regional sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate regional product activations, price promotions, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Manage customer relationships, negotiate bulk deals, and resolve disputes.
- Provide leadership during route planning, territory expansion, and competitor analysis.

- Distributor and customer retention
- Sales team productivity and coverage
- Market share growth vs. competition
- Credit and cash recovery discipline.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional role.
- Must have strong experience selling frozen foods (especially chicken or animal protein).
- Deep knowledge of regional market structure, distribution, and route-to-market strategies.
- Excellent leadership, reporting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
