Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a 6-month renewable project.
- This role requires a strategic professional who can align people, processes, and performance with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Provide guidance on labor law, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Drive HR projects that improve organizational culture, efficiency, and staff engagement.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years proven HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
