Responsibilities
- We are hiring a Direct Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition through direct channels such as events, email, referrals, influencers, and offline advertising.
- The role will involve assisting in campaign execution, creating content, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- You will also help track results and provide insights to improve future activities.
As a Direct Marketing Associate, you will do the following:
- Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns across events, email, referrals, influencers, and offline advertising
- Draft email templates and coordinate email campaign schedules
- Support event logistics, attendee communication, and small-scale activations
- Create short-form content such as social media captions, simple blog posts, and basic graphics
- Track key metrics like email open rates, clickthrough rates, and event participation
- Prepare reports and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with sales, growth, and brand teams to align activities

Requirements and skills
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing with some exposure to customer acquisition
- Familiarity with running campaigns across different channels (email, social, events, offline)
- Strong writing skills for content creation and copywriting
- Basic experience using analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with others
- Experience supporting event marketing or offline activations
