About Deloitte Nigeria

TrustBanc Group is the Asset Management arm of the Group and focuses mainly on Asset Management products and Client relationship Management. They develop various products for the group as well as generate liabilities to manage those products. Over the years, we have effectively rendered advisory services to various quoted companies in Nigeria and public corporations. We are currently working as Financial Adviser on different capital raising projects.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2—3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Young, dynamic, and proactive with a passion for people management
