Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at EE Wellness Hub.
- This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing appointments and inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception area.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage check-ins, bookings, and class registrations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized records of client information and payments.
- Provide information about services, classes, and gym policies.
- Handle minor client complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support administrative tasks and assist other staff as needed.

Requirements and skills
- Applicants must reside within the Alakija/Satellite Townaxis of Lagos State.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional certifications in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, booking software).
