Job Description
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- monitoring employee performance and evaluation
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
- Lead performance management processes, ensuring clarity in expectations, providing constructive feedback, and establishing development plans.
- Stay abreast of the latest labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s compliance.
- Develop, update, and effectively communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Elevate employee engagement through strategic initiatives and adept conflict resolution techniques.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 7years experience in real estate.
- A master’s degree (M.Sc./MBA) in Human Resource Management or a related field is considered advantageous.
