About the Role
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Accounts Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will blend marketing expertise, technical know-how, and a passion for travel and tourism to grow our brand, engage our audience, and convert interactions into sales through impactful social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.

Grow and manage the company’s social media presence with engaging travel-focused content (posts, reels, campaigns, and videos).

Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Monitor performance analytics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.

Build and engage online communities while protecting the brand’s reputation.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and reservations teams to align campaigns.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and innovations in the tourism sector.
Requirements

OND in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Tourism, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms.

Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).

Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills with a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.

Female candidates preferred for gender balance.

Must be 21–25 years old and reside in Amuwo Odofin or nearby areas.
