About the Role

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Accounts Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will blend marketing expertise, technical know-how, and a passion for travel and tourism to grow our brand, engage our audience, and convert interactions into sales through impactful social media strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Grow and manage the company’s social media presence with engaging travel-focused content (posts, reels, campaigns, and videos).

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

  • Monitor performance analytics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Build and engage online communities while protecting the brand’s reputation.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and reservations teams to align campaigns.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and innovations in the tourism sector.


Requirements

  • OND in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Tourism, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).

  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills with a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.

  • Female candidates preferred for gender balance.

  • Must be 21–25 years old and reside in Amuwo Odofin or nearby areas.
