About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Manager to oversee our travel and tour operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and leading a team of travel consultants to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the agency’s daily operations, staff, and service delivery.

Drive revenue growth by developing new clients, securing corporate partnerships, and designing travel packages.

Manage ticketing, reservations, visa processing, and tour operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Monitor sales performance, budgets, and overall financial targets.

Ensure compliance with IATA standards and industry regulations.

Oversee general affairs of the agency, ensuring operational excellence and business sustainability.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

IATA certification required.
