About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Topline to partner with our Sales & Marketing teams in achieving their objectives through strategic people management. The successful candidate will drive business transformation, foster employee engagement, manage talent pipelines, and support continuous organizational growth while safeguarding an ethical and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Business Transformation

Support transformation initiatives through effective change management.

Co-develop change management plans and propose action steps to accelerate acceptance of change.

Foster continuous innovation, integrating the latest digital and HR trends.

Build effective relationships with diverse teams while promoting an ethical workplace.
Performance & Reward

Facilitate annual objective-setting processes.

Support managers in diagnosing and addressing performance challenges.

Oversee performance calibration and monitor ongoing performance conversations.

Manage the annual salary review process.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
-
Support deployment of employee wellbeing programs.

Monitor and report occupational injuries/diseases to the WISE team and assess incapacity levels.
Talent Management & Development
-
Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and long-term capabilities.

Empower employees in career development discussions.

Execute talent development processes, including Talent Reviews and training for line managers.

Develop competency gap assessments and learning plans.

Support succession planning and retention strategies for critical roles.

Conduct interviews for departmental roles.
HR Analytics, Processes, Tools & Systems

Analyze HR data to generate insights for data-driven decision-making.

Provide strategic HR support using modern frameworks and collaborative approaches.

Facilitate job evaluation processes and implementation.
Employee Relations
-
Coach managers on current and relevant employment legislation.

Address employee concerns through discreet investigation and guidance.

Establish and manage employee relations processes.
Engagement & Culture
-
Lead discussions on DPS outcomes and action planning.

Drive employee engagement initiatives across topline functions.

Maintain continuous engagement with Sales Managers.
Requirements

Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent HR leadership role.

Strong knowledge of HR analytics, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence, coach, and partner with business leaders effectively.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in HRIS tools and data-driven decision-making.
