Essential Duties

Lead and foster a high-performing team environment, enabling employees to reach their full potential and maximize both personal and business outcomes.
Manage departmental costs and budget effectively.
Design, implement, and oversee transactional accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Provide oversight for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Property functions.
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of all lease information (Ground and Tenant) in Oracle.
Oversee customer receipts in line with contractual agreements and manage debtor balances.
Manage bad debts and long-outstanding creditor accounts effectively.
Establish and apply internal controls across AR, AP, and Property.
Deliver timely and accurate financial information on Revenue, Billing, and Ground Lease Expenses.
Act as Super User for AR/AP and Property Oracle modules.
