About the Role
Lisse Africa is recruiting a talented and creative Videographer on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content that showcases the client’s brand, culture, and key business activities. This role involves producing content for advertising campaigns, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), the company website, and other marketing channels.
You will work closely with Real Estate Brokers and the marketing team to deliver engaging visual content that tells compelling stories and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, shoot, and edit engaging videos that align with the brand’s voice and marketing strategy, including promotional videos, product showcases, and event recaps.

Manage the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, location scouting, filming, and post-production editing (color correction, sound design, graphics).

Capture and document key moments at company events, conferences, and team activities for social media and marketing use.

Stay up to date with video trends and new technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance content quality.

Deliver video content consistently according to agreed timelines.
Monthly Deliverables
-
16 Instagram reels (4 reels per week).
-
4 YouTube videos.

Total: 20 videos per month.
Qualifications

Relevant academic qualifications in videography, filmmaking, media, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography or filmmaking.

Ability to operate drones for aerial footage.

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

Solid knowledge of cinematography, lighting setups, and audio equipment.

Strong storytelling skills with excellent composition, pacing, and editing ability.

Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus: Experience in animation, motion graphics, or short-form social media content creation.
