About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product consistency and compliance through inspections, testing, and adherence to quality assurance processes. This role is critical to maintaining Karishma’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, products, and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Maintain accurate quality control records and ensure regulatory and company compliance.

Monitor production lines to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective measures.

Report inspection and testing outcomes to the Production Manager.

Collaborate with production teams to address quality-related issues and ensure consistency.

Perform equipment calibration and routine maintenance to guarantee accuracy of testing equipment.

Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to enhance efficiency.

Participate in investigations of customer complaints or product defects, identifying root causes and corrective actions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Operations, Procurement, Sales) to promote continuous improvement.

Stay up to date on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technological developments in quality assurance.

Requirements & Competencies

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Quality Control or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Quality Control Associate, Quality Assurance Technician, or in a similar role within manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
