About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building trusted relationships and advocating on their behalf. You’ll guide them in maximizing the value of our product, provide timely support, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication, strong people skills, patience under pressure, and a passion for helping others succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with Rise’s products and services.

  • Provide responsive support via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Handle product and service inquiries by gathering and evaluating relevant information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.

  • Record customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

  • Educate customers on Rise’s products and make tailored recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.


Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or Second Class Upper) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Reside in Lagos or Port Harcourt.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and computer literacy.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
