Role Summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Lagos team. As part of the frontline success team, you’ll ensure customers enjoy seamless support across all touchpoints while driving satisfaction and retention.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the customer success function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships using CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and preferences.
- Track engagement, monitor satisfaction, and identify retention opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback (surveys, interviews, etc.), summarizing insights to inform decision-making and retention strategies.
- Draft professional customer communications (emails, letters, follow-ups) and support targeted campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Apply basic sales and negotiation skills when engaging with corporate clients—supporting renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce churn, strengthen retention, and improve customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport, manage multiple interactions, and resolve concerns.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Based in Lagos with flexibility to work in a hybrid setup.
