Job Summary
Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and people-focused Human Resource Manager to lead the company’s HR operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving the company’s business objectives through effective people and culture management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Design and oversee performance management systems to improve productivity and professional development.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, satisfaction) and prepare reports for management.
- Champion initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff across all levels.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is strongly preferred.
- 5–7 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
Salary: N500,000 monthly.
