Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Monitor dealership and distribution sales performance, providing data-driven insights and support for improvement.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive growth in dealer sales, market share, and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Maximize average deal value and overall sales effectiveness across the channel.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of automotive dealerships, distributors, and resellers.
  • Monitor dealer and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and drive adoption of new vehicle models or services.
  • Identify and pursue new channel growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure channel readiness.
  • Manage and resolve channel conflicts while ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
  • Monitor rep retention within partner organizations to ensure channel stability.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 5 – 7 years experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development (preferably in automotive or related sectors).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
