Job Summary
- We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Associate, LMS Administrator & Quality Assurance with strong personal & professional integrity to join the dynamic team in our Institution.
- The Associate, LMS Administrator and Quality Assurance will play a key role in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring the quality and consistency of online learning experiences across Nile Online programs.
He/she is expected to
- Administer and maintain the LMS platform, including user account management, course setup, content uploads, and system updates.
- Provide technical support to faculty, students, and staff on LMS usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving access or functionality problems.
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure course materials are properly structured, accessible, and aligned with instructional design standards.
- Conduct regular audits of online courses to ensure compliance with quality assurance guidelines, including formatting, functionality, and content accuracy.
- Monitor LMS performance and usage analytics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for LMS users.
- Coordinate with IT and instructional design teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Support the onboarding and training of faculty and staff on LMS features and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security within the LMS environment.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools or plugins that enhance the online learning experience.
- Participate in testing and quality checks for new course launches or updates.
- Maintain records of quality assurance activities, issue logs, and resolutions for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs related to LMS administration and online course quality assurance.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in LMS administration or online education support
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks in digital learning
- Relevant certifications in LMS platforms or instructional technology (preferred)
- Proficiency in English – spoken and written.
