About the Role
The Travel Coordinator will support the Regional Security Office (RSO) by coordinating all U.S. Government official travel within the Abuja RSO territory. The role requires ensuring compliance with security protocols, keeping travelers informed of travel-related security recommendations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of post travel policy. This position plays a vital role in safeguarding U.S. Government personnel and ensuring smooth travel operations.

Requisite Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Completion of High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible administrative work experience.

Familiarity with safety and security aspects of airline travel and Nigerian government curfew restrictions.

Knowledge of protocol when interacting with Nigerian police officials.

Ability to provide timely travel security advice to the senior RSO.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
Salary
USD $38,541 per year.
