About the Role
The Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative, content, and research support to clients across multiple industries. This role involves editing and proofreading, video and content editing, calendar management, customer support, and research tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities

Edit and proofread content for grammatical accuracy and engagement.

Create and edit videos using tools such as Capcut and Inshot; design graphics using Canva.

Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, analysis, and collaboration.

Craft professional emails and manage client/team correspondence.

Conduct thorough product research and compile detailed reports.

Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for efficient time management.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Maintain and update databases and internal systems.

Organize virtual meetings, conference calls, and webinars.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Completion of NYSC (mandatory).

Proficiency in video editing tools (Capcut, Inshot, etc.) and Canva.

Strong communication and professional email writing skills.

Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
