About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer for a short-term role (3–6 months) with a strong focus on document control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring HR documents are accurately maintained, compliant with organizational policies, and easily accessible. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control

Develop, implement, and maintain a robust document control system.

Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of HR documents (physical and digital).

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
HR Support
-
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and manage HR databases.

Support the coordination of HR initiatives and programs.
Compliance
-
Ensure HR processes comply with policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Stay updated on labor law changes that may affect HR operations.
Process Improvement

Identify gaps in document control and HR processes.

Recommend and implement improvements and best practices.
Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports on HR metrics, compliance, and document control activities.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize HR processes.

Requisite Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 to 6 years of experience in HR or document control (preferably in a similar industry).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum) and HR systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Certification in HR or document control (e.g., CIPM) is an advantage.

Experience with HR software and employee management systems.
