About the Role

FedEx is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a District Sales Manager to join our team in Lagos.
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention within your assigned district, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and strategic sales skills to deliver impactful business results.


Specific Responsibilities for the Role

  • Lead field sales activities, including customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

  • Conduct sales calls, pre-sales engagements, and develop tailored customer proposals.

  • Oversee pricing strategies, account activation, and post-sales support.

  • Monitor competition and identify opportunities to maintain FedEx’s competitive edge.

  • Manage assigned resources, departments, and/or locations to meet sales and operational goals.

  • Ensure all processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently.

  • Drive alignment of district sales activities with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
