About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to drive Ora Lagos’ online presence, engage our audience, and position our brand at the forefront of the hospitality industry. This role requires a perfect balance of creativity, consistency, and professionalism to ensure our digital footprint reflects the premium Ora experience.

Specific Responsibilities for the Role

Content Creation & Management

Develop and publish 7 feed posts and 7–14 story posts weekly across Instagram and TikTok.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all content.
Keep an archive of 7–10 pre-approved posts ready for deployment.

On-Site Engagement & Coverage

Conduct 2 site visits weekly for real-time content capture and live updates.
Collaborate with the internal team to identify trending opportunities and leverage brand moments.

Professional Photography & Shoots

Coordinate and execute 4 professional photoshoots monthly (company-funded).
Utilize in-house camera equipment to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with Ora’s premium standards.

Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments and DMs promptly and professionally.
Redirect customer inquiries seamlessly to the business WhatsApp line for follow-up.

Content Planning & Reporting

Prepare weekly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine digital strategies.
