About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in logistics coordination, vendor management, and fleet operations, while also supporting vendor registrations and driving public sector sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Support

Track and report key functional metrics to optimize expenses and logistics efficiency.

Onboard and manage vendor relationships.

Monitor drivers and manage company fleet operations.

Provide insights and suggestions for continuous process improvement in logistics and inventory management.
Admin Support – Vendor Registration

Prepare and manage required documentation for vendor registration.
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Public Sector Sales
-
Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in the public sector.
-
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.

Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with up to 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.

Prior experience in a logistics or vehicle leasing company is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Typing speed of 60 words per minute.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
