Key Responsibilities

Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems.

Carry out onsite installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Interact with customers professionally while delivering technical support.

Conduct site root cause analysis and provide technical reports.

Keep accurate records of spare parts movement and inventory management.

Document and deliver complete technical reports to clients.

Apply root cause analysis techniques for recurring or major faults.

Attend B2B meetings and conferences to assess new solar technologies as part of a technical team.
Requirements
-
Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or Solar Technology.

2–4 years’ hands-on experience with solar PV systems installation, repair, and maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and reports.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
