Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead our operations in Enugu. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, expanding the distribution network, and motivating the sales team to deliver consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure monthly targets are achieved by effective monitoring of sales representatives and distributors.

Split sales targets across distributors and focus on driving secondary sales.

Develop sales territories and ensure proper coverage according to company plans.

Launch new products and drive range selling to boost overall sales performance.

Expand the distribution network to increase product penetration across the region.

Coach, counsel, and train sales representatives to improve productivity.

Work extensively with sales reps to enhance field effectiveness.

Collect market intelligence, monitor competition, and conduct periodic market surveys.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in line with company standards.
Requirements

Education: B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a multinational pharmaceutical company (Lagos experience preferred).
