About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will use your analytical expertise to support process creation, optimize workflows, build dashboards, and develop monitoring tools that will shape the future of our fast-growing financial services.
Key Responsibilities

Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end processes to anticipate downstream impacts and second-order effects.

SQL Expertise: Write, optimize, and maintain queries to generate accurate data, ensure integrity, and deliver actionable insights.

Dashboard Development: Build and maintain both operational dashboards (for case-level deep dives) and analytical dashboards (for leadership and performance tracking).

Automation: Use SQL and analytical skills to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.

Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide insights for risk assessments, portfolio reviews, performance monitoring, and process improvements.

Ownership: Lead by example, taking responsibility for business outcomes and setting benchmarks for excellence.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, with strong SQL skills.

Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

Hands-on experience with database management.

Previous exposure to sales or growth-focused teams in a fast-paced environment.
