Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst (E-commerce) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and competitiveness of product data on our e-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving efficiency in product catalog management through data validation, monitoring, and insights.
Key Responsibilities

Validate product details including names, SKUs, descriptions, and specifications.

Monitor product availability reports, ensuring all listings are accurate and complete.

Apply pricing markups and ensure competitiveness across categories.

Ensure products comply with category-level rules (e.g., Request a Quote vs. Price Visible).

Review product attributes to maintain data quality and integrity.

Identify anomalies, gaps, or inconsistencies in product performance data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve catalog accuracy and e-commerce operations.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.

2 – 4 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or product catalog management.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; knowledge of the IT industry is an added advantage.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Proven ability to work with large datasets efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
