Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist (NYSC Fresh Graduate) to help us maintain strong relationships with our customers. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to address issues, ensure satisfaction, and build loyalty.
This position is ideal for energetic graduates with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound calls, handling customer queries on internet, VOIP, data, and fiber services.

Use CRM tools effectively to log queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex complaints to the right teams.

Take proactive steps to resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional support and suggesting solutions.

Support online payment processing and ensure customers receive full value for services.

Attend regular training and coaching sessions to stay updated on Swift Networks’ products and policies.

Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to retention strategies.

Negotiate with customers to renew contracts and encourage long-term business.

Maintain compliance with company procedures, ensuring professionalism in all customer interactions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit (HND) in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Must be a fresh graduate currently serving (NYSC).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.

Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.

Organised, proactive, and persuasive attitude.

Must reside close to Victoria Island, Lagos.
