Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze statutes and case law, and provide strategic legal opinions and guidance.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other court filings.

Negotiate settlements and pursue alternative dispute resolution strategies when appropriate.

Manage case files, documents, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client service.
Requirements
-
2 – 7 years post-call practice experience.

Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent legal research skills with familiarity in navigating e-Libraries and legal software.

Proven ability to perform due diligence with discipline and integrity.

Litigation savvy, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
