Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and innovative Electrical Engineering graduates to join our dynamic team as Graduate Trainees. This program provides hands-on experience and structured training designed to groom high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organization.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.

Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.

Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production processes.

Conduct equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering.

0–1 year work experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
