Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager (Training Manager) to design, implement, and manage training programs that align with the company’s business objectives and employee development needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive organizational learning initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training plans in line with company objectives and employee needs.

  • Design and deliver diverse training programs including onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development.

  • Collaborate with departments to assess and analyze training needs.

  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements.

  • Complete other HR and training-related tasks assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business/Enterprise Management, or related fields).

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training roles, with at least 3 years as Training Manager/Supervisor or similar position.

  • Strong knowledge of training processes, course design, delivery, and evaluation methods.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and training-related software.

  • Age between 25 – 35 years, in good health, with no adverse habits.
