Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This role will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Review and assess customer interactions across voice, email, and chat channels.

Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.

Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, patterns, and training needs.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

3 – 4 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Contact Center operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and quality monitoring tools.
