Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote CLMI’s training programs, consultancy services, and professional memberships. This hybrid role allows you to combine in-office collaboration with remote flexibility while working with a forward-thinking professional institute.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, passionate about professional growth, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Promote CLMI’s training programs, consultancy services, and professional memberships to individuals and corporate organizations.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through prospecting, presentations, and follow-ups.

Respond to inquiries, provide detailed program information, and guide prospects through the registration or membership process.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Prepare weekly reports on leads, activities, and conversions for management review.
Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years proven experience in sales, business development, or other client-facing roles.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Must reside in Ogudu or nearby environs (strict requirement).
