Role Summary
ERA is seeking passionate and qualified Program Officers to support the implementation of our Rural Emergency Service and Maternal Transport Initiative in Kano, Katsina, and Kebbi States.
This role will focus on community engagement, program coordination, and ensuring effective delivery of emergency transport and maternal health services.
Key Responsibilities

Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities.

Engage and collaborate with local stakeholders, including healthcare facilities, community leaders, and partners.

Collect, analyze, and report program data to measure impact and improve outcomes.

Ensure smooth coordination of emergency transport services and maternal health interventions.
Requirements

Must be resident in Kano, Katsina, or Kebbi State.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or any health-related field.

A Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, or Health Management is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of rural health systems, maternal health challenges, and community engagement.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
