Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (ET) to join our branch team in Ekiti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions at the branch.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level customer support and resolve client inquiries promptly.

Assist customers with account opening, maintenance, and service requests.

Handle complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.

Educate customers on Providus Bank’s products, services, and digital channels.

Support branch operations while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline.

0–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within a bank or financial institution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with digital banking systems.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results.
