Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will:

Manage account renewals: Ensure timely renewals, maintain strong customer relationships, and reduce churn.

Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities: Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions.

Collaborate with teams: Share insights with Marketing and Acquisition teams to drive targeted campaigns.

Customer onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding journey to ensure long-term success.
Performance Metrics

Reactivation of inactive accounts

Successful upselling and cross-selling
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Recent Graduates/Corpers are encouraged to apply.

Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a customer success-related role.

Proficiency with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Spreadsheets, Airtable).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, empathetic, and attentive with a customer-first mindset.
