Role Overview

The Admissions Officer will play a key role in supporting the admissions team by managing data, documentation, school tours, and general administrative duties. The role is central to ensuring a seamless admissions journey for families, helping the school reach its annual enrolment targets, and delivering exceptional experiences for both parents and children.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, participate in recruitment events, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective parents, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Deliver accurate and detailed information about the school’s curriculum, admissions criteria, and procedures.

  • Coordinate and administer student assessments, including entrance exams, interviews, and language proficiency tests.

  • Manage the application process by collecting documentation, tracking applicant status, and ensuring compliance with requirements.

  • Organize and conduct personalized family visits and school tours, showcasing the school’s strengths.

  • Maintain up-to-date student and admissions records in the school’s management information system.

  • Generate reports, analyze enrolment trends, and ensure data integrity to support planning and decision-making.


Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with families and consultants.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and remain detail-oriented.
