Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, smart, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is tailored for a young professional currently serving in the NYSC program, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced investment environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and willing to learn. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, support day-to-day operations, and contribute directly to the efficiency of the organization. This role provides a solid foundation for developing essential office skills, expanding your professional network, and exploring potential long-term career paths in investment and business management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, document preparation, and office management.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone inquiries, and client communications.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.

  • Support team projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

  • Welcome visitors, answer calls, and perform general office duties.


Requirements

  • A Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

  • Must be currently serving in the NYSC program.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Proactive, reliable, and professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of investment management concepts is an added advantage.

  • Smart, confident male candidates are preferred.

  • Must be willing to resume immediately.


Salary

₦150,000 per month
