Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with subscribers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers.

Execute customer relationship management plans effectively.

Ensure optimal customer service delivery at every client touchpoint.

Recommend customer-focused marketing strategies to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for efficient service delivery to Members/Data Providers.

Drive revenue growth across CRC’s diverse product and service offerings.

Introduce new service offerings to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements

Relevant academic qualifications.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Salary
₦300,000–₦450,000 per month
