Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subscribers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers.

  • Execute customer relationship management plans effectively.

  • Ensure optimal customer service delivery at every client touchpoint.

  • Recommend customer-focused marketing strategies to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

  • Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for efficient service delivery to Members/Data Providers.

  • Drive revenue growth across CRC’s diverse product and service offerings.

  • Introduce new service offerings to existing and prospective customers.


Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Salary

 ₦300,000–₦450,000 per month
