Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing & Business Development Lead to accelerate growth across DTC (Shopify), paid media, and B2B channels. This role will provide strategic leadership in marketing, sales, and brand building, while managing internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable growth.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with international experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven record in scaling e-commerce and B2B businesses.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Define and track KPIs across digital and offline channels.

  • Manage and mentor internal marketing/sales teams and external paid media partners.

  • Oversee CRO, UX, and customer journey optimization for improved sales performance.

  • Collaborate with product teams on innovation and market entry strategies.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
  • Lead initiatives in SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, email, and affiliate programs.

  • Grow communities across social media platforms.

  • Deliver ROAS goals on paid campaigns and drive organic traffic with advanced SEO.

  • Partner with agencies to maximize Shopify revenue growth.

Sales & Business Development
  • Drive B2B sales outreach, acquisition, and account management.

  • Expand corporate wellness, wholesale, and distribution partnerships.

  • Identify new strategic partnerships and market opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop dashboards for ROI and channel performance tracking.

  • Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to executive leadership.

  • Use insights to refine campaigns and optimize revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing and sales leadership experience in multinational or international settings.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, CRO, and Shopify.

  • Strong B2B sales and account management experience.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • International exposure and experience leading cross-cultural teams is an advantage.
