Job Summary

As a Graduate Sales Trainee at Winock Solar, you will take part in a structured development program designed to build your skills in sales, customer engagement, and renewable energy solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in prospecting, engaging customers, and closing deals, while making a meaningful impact by expanding access to clean energy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Winock Solar’s structured graduate trainee program, combining classroom learning with field experience.

  • Support the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and converting leads into paying customers.

  • Educate customers on Winock Solar’s products, services, and financing options.

  • Conduct market research to identify prospects and track industry trends.

  • Assist with preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Achieve sales targets and performance milestones set during the training period.

  • Represent Winock Solar professionally, embodying the company’s values and customer-first culture.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong interest in sales, renewable energy, and sustainable development.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


Compensation

  • Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly
