Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Enugu.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for consistent performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
