Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
He / she should always exceed customers’ expectations and make sure all enquiries are sorted, obtaining confirmation from customers that are not satisfied.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers make the best choice
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Inform customers about new books, titles and all new things
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are attended to and resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Marketing teams
Call to just check up on customers
Keep records of all customers.
