As a Leucipa Sales Leader, SSA, you will be responsible for
- Leading the growth of Leucipa, one of the company’s most strategic digital initiatives, across the Geozone, positioning yourself at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector.
- Owning and driving a sophisticated sales cycle that allows you to engage directly with senior executives, shape client strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by aligning Leucipa’s value to customer challenges, enabling long-term partnerships and repeatable success.
- Taking full ownership of your territory — from pipeline development through deal closure — with the autonomy to create impact while collaborating with technical and product teams worldwide.
- Developing tailored proposals that integrate technical, operational, and financial perspectives, giving you exposure to complex business problem-solving.
- Building lasting relationships with influential clients, opening doors for both short-term wins and long-term account expansion
- Contributing to the evolution of Leucipa by bringing customer feedback into product strategy, helping shape the future of a flagship digital solution.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in solution-based sales with proven success in managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes.
- 10 years of experience in general.
- Have strong commercial acumen and the ability to build value-driven business cases.
- Have experience in digital product sales.
- Have a strong communicator with the ability to inspire customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution selling and creating clarity in complex environments.
