Job Description
- We are seeking a customer-centric professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our FMCG customers.
- As an Integrated Customer Experience Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact, proactively identify and mitigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- You will also collaborate with internal teams, build strong relationships with customers, and identify up-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and create customer-specific IOPs
- Monitor KPIs and adhere to standard processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned FMCG customers
- Ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Identify and execute up-selling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
- Lead the team to achieve best-in-class customer experience
- Proactively involve in project roll-out and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc or Master’s Degree / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business-related course
- At least 2 years’ experience in shipping/freight forwarding industry preferred
- Good knowledge of import and export processes including customs clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer experience
- Pro-active person with a service-oriented mindset, Dedicated, decisive, and result-oriented with a can-do attitude.
